I called in initially bc I was having issues finalizing the policy online and not only did they get me a better price, but they added a life insurance policy too and got is 45 cheaper than just the general auto insurance I had from my previous provider. 100/10 excellent service!!!!"

"Dylan took a significant amount of time out of his day to help me set up auto, renters, and motorcycle insurance. He walked me through pricing at various levels of coverage and made good recommendations. I had a lot of questions that he answered thoroughly while demonstrating a high level of knowledge about what would happen in different scenarios; there was no ambiguity. He was very friendly and absolutely came off as an advisor rather than a salesman. I am very happy to be working with Dylan and represented by State Farm."

"Edit: They called me the afternoon after posting this, were very apologetic and understanding, and said that there is an issue with their new answering machine. I updated my review to reflect the extra effort. Still, at Bill Tutterow’s office my calls were always answered during business hours, and I do not think you should have to write a negative review just to get in contact with your insurance provider. I do still appreciate the effort and tone of the phone call however.
Original:
I was pleased with my first experience with this office when they took over for Bill Tutterow they took the time took sit me down and double check all of our policies.
Unfortunately, only about half the changes went through, NOT including my renters insurance address, which is now two apartments behind. During my current move, I’ve called (during normal business hours) and left messages to change my address, none of which have been returned. As I need to provide my landlord with insurance information OR pay for double insurance, I had to call the State Farm main line to get someone to change my policy, which took 58 minutes.
Due to my addresses not being changed and my phone calls unreturned, I will need to switch agents, and cannot provide this office a positive review."
